If your not a genuine user of windows 8,Then you must use original copy of application software of microsoft products like MS Office,Visual studio,,ets.
Otherwise your system will automatically restart for every 2 hours.
This problem is occurred by windows update because through updates only they can crash your system.(this is also one reason only for system crash called restarting automatically).so use careful
